Good morning all, it's December and time for the year end pep talk.  This is Simba, the soon to be King of the jungle.  But look at him he's a cub, how could he be named king?  Well of course if you know the story you know how it goes, and it's the same way for everyone. We're born, we go through controversy, joy, pain, delusion, conflict, experience and more, all to build character, strength, fortitude and endurance which helps us become who we are now. Interpretation of Life Stages This is how we all feel with our dreams and our businesses.  We want to be in the middle or at the part that makes us great.  However we must know that we are great at each point and that each part makes us that much greater.  Don't rush to the middle or end of your life. Enjoy your life in each moment. It's hard to do when you feel like you have bills that need to be paid or you feel frustration from what the current circumstance might be showing, just know that it wi

We are implementing new systems to grow our business and to reach more groups and individuals in need of our services. Time, is our only true asset,yet it depreciates and we can't get it back. How are you spending or investing your time? The calendar tells us that we have reached the 5th month of the year 2013. We ourselves are happy for our growth to this point this year, however we really could be achieving more. The clock and the calender are a continuous reminder that time truly does not wait. It is up to us how we spend or invest each moment . We will have days like today the 1st of the new month where we tend to evaluate our previous months performance and then jump straight into the new month frazzled and stressed because we have not taken the time to strategically plan for the upcoming month or we feel we have not accomplished what we set out to do fully. If you listened to it and it doesn't move you to tears, you may need to evaluate are you here? One reason it moves me is that this is a statement of being. We are here and then we are not. The dash in our eulogy is very small, I mean like sunrise 1900-2005 sunset, the space, the little dash is our life span. It's amazing that we think there is an infinite amount of time when the truth is there is very little time or the dash could be ----------------- longer. I gave the person in this example 105 years of life between the dash, but the average person lives to about 75. What are you doing with the dash? Are you taking it for granted that it is infinite? Do you know when it is over? What is your "Why" for existing? Do others know what it is? Are you just trudging along hoping things will get better or are you plann
