Good day all. Today is the beginning of the second quarter of 2019, its time to re-access where you find yourself and your business. The visual for this post is a show that I love watching. Bring It on Lifetime. My niece got me watching it a few years ago and I love it. I want to post a quick clip so you can see what I mean.  It's always so much fun, high energy and extremely tough competition. Coach D and her Dancing Dolls team are the best team in the country. She is very competitive and every team aspires to beat her teams. I want to use her today because she has a typical story. How much time do you think you have? I ask this because we tend to think that we have all the time in the world.  Then as you view the pic to the left of these words we see a soul transitioned that we thought had an unlimited amount of time.  He thought he had so much time that at the age of 57 with all of his worldly goods he (allegedly) had no will prepared for those he would leave behind.   One of my mentors who I adore, the late, Jim Rohn often said , " An apple a day keeps the doctor away. What if that's true?" What if it is true and we never ate an apple, which is something we could easily do?  What if those who ate apples daily never get poor health?    Use this same analogy for walking daily.  What if you went for a walk daily just up and down the street you live on for a mile or two?  What if that kept your blood pressure at the optimal rate?  What if that kept your blood sugar levels low regardless of the amount of sugar you took in daily? Good morning. I am still mourning the loss of what seems to be a dear loved one to me. Prince's influence on the world was profound. I love the fact that he was unapologetic for being himself.  He was fine with being great and creating happiness, joy and love for the masses of people around this world.   This is evident by the outpouring of love that was felt so powerfully at the news of his transitioning. I want this post to reach you deep within your inner-being or what you call your soul.  I want you to know that you do have permission to be great right now in this very moment.  The thing that has always struck me with people is that we seem to think that someone outside of us is in charge of our life and the choices we get to make.  The truth is that you and only you are creating every second of your experience, the good, the bad, and the ugly.   Don't be angry with your circumstance. Take the necessary journey toward happiness and love. Create whatever you adore as i

If I don't like it what am I willing to do to change it? I want to help you as I always do so that you may experience your greatest joy. You are in the right place and this is the right time. Now in this moment is all we have.  I started this post yesterday and today right after I finished my daily walk I was hit with the death of one of the best creative beings and artist of all time #Prince. We all are leaving this physical realm, but we don't know when. Death is a great magnifier of where you are. When someone dies that you know it gives you awareness that your time is limited. You must get on with what it is you want to do and create, now.   You should be happy
