I have been pondering what to write about these last few months, I have started a couple of post but nothing worked.  I've had so many things to attend to one of the major ones being my son now entering his final year of high school and preparing for  4 year college which is very time consuming and detailed, he is also dual enrolled in the local Community College since last summer and all year, yes it is a lot.  Along with that planning my next business venture, etc.,  but here I am missing you and wanting to stay consistent in giving you helpful information. Today is so awesome. I am happy with a mentee who just hired his first contracted commissioned employee. As a small business entity you want to keep cost to a minimum so hiring an independent contracted employee his obligation is at a minimal and the amount of income his staff earns is based totally on self performance. This is my life. Hello my friends and followers. Welcome to 2016. I know it's close to ninety days in and you have not heard a word from me unless you follow me on twitter and that has been limited as well.   Things are great for me. I miss sharing the things that I live and learn with you guys, but as I told you in 2015, the format is changing and so am I.  I said all of that to say my focus is turned more towards me.  I actually see some of those who I mentor making great strides, so I am over the moon with joy about that and I don't need credit, I know what I have given to the Universe and now it is time to be a little more selfish.  I love moving forward and I am proud of all of you who are taking action, step 5 in my book Y.O.L.O  and that is why I decided to move on to the next thing I've wanted to do forever, but kept making excuses about why I couldn't.  There are a million reasons, but like the famous line in Star Wars, Yoda, "Do or Do Not there is

Today is a snow day.  We have about six inches outside here at DSWoodard.com  .  Its a great day to work and maintain focus everything even the Government is closed.    The wifi is working and so are we.   Now that you've created your 2014 goals, its time to focus on your plan of action to achieve them.  We have a tendency to want everything we want right now.  Technology has made this easier.  We are able to gain access to hundreds of millions of  ideas,information, people, goods and services instantly.   However, it will take some time to achieve your goals.  If you go at it with this in mind you will achieve your goals with greater ease and less stress. Give yourself a break things are going well for you. "Your life gets better not by hope, but by plan."   Jim Rohn .  Most of the time fear of judgement will keep you from moving forward with the creation of your dreams, wants and desires.  Wanting to fit a certain model keeps many from creating anything.     L
