Today is the ninth day of the fourth month of the year 2018. Spring is coming however the temperature would not let us believe that. The calendar and what we are experiencing is quite different, but it is on schedule and there is no need to worry. I am working on learning to multi-task every day to get as much done as possible, I'm finding that it is impossible and that I may need to clone myself. I now know how, many people are not successful, it takes stamina, fortitude, and persistence among other things.   Stamina is a noun: the ability to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort. Fortitude is noun:      1. Courage in pain or adversity. Persistence is a noun: firm or obstinate continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition. Most business owners and sales people will not do what is necessary to succeed. The main reason is fear followed by the lack of salesmanship . As a business owner you must be willing to sell what it is you do. If your business has a product you must have an unshakeable belief in the product or you will have mediocre sales. What's in it for me? This is actually the question that everyone ask. It is always in the back of our mind as we make our daily choices to do a thing or not. If you are making a purchase, you make it based on what's in it for you. Better said, what is the benefit to me if I purchase this item or service. Most people don't realize that this is how they think when they are making their choices. When you decided to apply for the job you currently hold, you evaluated the company,you wanted to know how much they would pay you for your time, you also wanted to know if they had medical & dental benefits,you wanted to know if they had a 401K or any kind of retirement plan.
