Happy Sunday High Achievers.   I am so happy to speak with you once again as we press towards our goals, dreams and desires.  As I do these videos it is just like the blog post, I always have a general idea of the information I would like to convey, then I just speak or write from within my heart, so let's get to it. If you took my advice from 3 days ago you visualized yourself being this great performer, like say Beyonce' , or you saw yourself being the best motivational speaker giving a speech in front of thousands of people like Tony Robbins, or you drew a blank!!!! The last one is where most people find themselves.  I will do ten things that have nothing to do with the goal I'm trying to achieve and keep doing nothing all day until it's midnight, then I'm like I need to get this or that done, the whole day is now gone. I have been pondering what to write about these last few months, I have started a couple of post but nothing worked.  I've had so many things to attend to one of the major ones being my son now entering his final year of high school and preparing for  4 year college which is very time consuming and detailed, he is also dual enrolled in the local Community College since last summer and all year, yes it is a lot.  Along with that planning my next business venture, etc.,  but here I am missing you and wanting to stay consistent in giving you helpful information. Today is so awesome. I am happy with a mentee who just hired his first contracted commissioned employee. As a small business entity you want to keep cost to a minimum so hiring an independent contracted employee his obligation is at a minimal and the amount of income his staff earns is based totally on self performance. Buy the book here!! When I heard the song, "I Was Here," on Beyonce's CD 2 years ago, I immediately felt resonance with it. If you listened to it and it doesn't move you to tears, you may need to evaluate are you here? One reason it moves me is that this is a statement of being. We are here and then we are not. The dash in our eulogy is very small, I mean like sunrise 1900-2005 sunset, the space, the little dash is our life span. It's amazing that we think there is an infinite amount of time when the truth is there is very little time or the dash could be ----------------- longer. I gave the person in this example 105 years of life between the dash, but the average person lives to about 75. What are you doing with the dash? Are you taking it for granted that it is infinite? Do you know when it is over? What is your "Why" for existing? Do others know what it is? Are you just trudging along hoping things will get better or are you plann
