I have been pondering what to write about these last few months, I have started a couple of post but nothing worked.  I've had so many things to attend to one of the major ones being my son now entering his final year of high school and preparing for  4 year college which is very time consuming and detailed, he is also dual enrolled in the local Community College since last summer and all year, yes it is a lot.  Along with that planning my next business venture, etc.,  but here I am missing you and wanting to stay consistent in giving you helpful information. Today is so awesome. I am happy with a mentee who just hired his first contracted commissioned employee. As a small business entity you want to keep cost to a minimum so hiring an independent contracted employee his obligation is at a minimal and the amount of income his staff earns is based totally on self performance.
