Things are always changing. As time moves things, places, circumstances, and events change.  The noise that is our life allows us to experience a multitude of opportunities. Growth is always a challenge, but once you take the step out on the limb, faith steps in and grants you the desired outcome. I am so proud of the people of color of America. It is so scary to challenge the establishment, and not for something that has happened to you, but for some other human who was in the wrong place at the wrong time.  I am also proud of the many Americans, and our brothers and sisters of all races and other countries who also join our movement and feel our pain, and seek justice for all races.  You too have proven that if we come together for any purpose together our strength has the ability to move mountains, and create change that is for the common good of all people. Good afternoon, we trust that things are going well for you this third month of the year.  It has been a very busy time for us.  We have taken on new clients and have even had to release some clients.  This is the nature of being a freelance writing business and trainer.  We simply have to keep moving forward and trust that things will continue to get better. This is the third month of this new year and the time keeps moving.  When you decided to become more this year than you were last year did you also decide to manage the bumps in the road that would appear from nowhere?  This last month in the D.C. metro area we have had an excessive amount of snow, and ice.  This always leads to pot holes in the road.   At times you are driving along the same routes you usually take and out of nowhere you come across a large pot hole in the road.  It wasn't there last week so by the time you notice it your speed is too fast to adjust and you run right over it.  You hear and feel the bo

This is the time of many distractions; however time does not wait it continues on. Every moment is a chance to become better and to get closer to the achievement of your goals. I know it can be hard to make a decision to live your dream and keep making efforts for the long term when it looks like your dream is nowhere in sight. The bible talks about believing in the unseen to see it. Hebrews 11:1 says, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." You have to see things in your mind first and keep the faith which is your belief. You have to believe in yourself. You have to believe in your dream. You and only you will make it happen. This doesn't mean that others will not help you along the way, but it is the momentum of your belief that will bring the others necessary to make sure the dream comes tr
