Happy Sunday High Achievers.   I am so happy to speak with you once again as we press towards our goals, dreams and desires.  As I do these videos it is just like the blog post, I always have a general idea of the information I would like to convey, then I just speak or write from within my heart, so let's get to it. If you took my advice from 3 days ago you visualized yourself being this great performer, like say Beyonce' , or you saw yourself being the best motivational speaker giving a speech in front of thousands of people like Tony Robbins, or you drew a blank!!!! The last one is where most people find themselves.  I will do ten things that have nothing to do with the goal I'm trying to achieve and keep doing nothing all day until it's midnight, then I'm like I need to get this or that done, the whole day is now gone. Good evening all. This month it's time to start planting our seeds. What are your goals for 2019? Let's start there. This is our 1st quarter check. Pull out your yearly planner and turn to the page marked March 9,2019. What does it say? Nothing! What does that mean to you? It says to me it's time to make a change. This is going to be Saturday so you should be free for a few hours to get some planning done. Who knows what's next on the list of goals? 1. Make a choice. 2.  Create a plan. 3. Dream big, have a vision, do what you love. For this post I want to talk about transitioning from step 2 to step 3 dreams. This video is one of my all time favorites. August is the time you will start to see real progress for the things you have sown in 2016 since January.  You will begin to feel more confident about what you are doing once this happens.  Now you know that you can teach others what you have done which increases your reach.  The goal as a business leader is to create time freedom, not a job that you own.  The difference is in the beginning you do have to commit many hours of labor, and love into building your business and you are the business, but if you continue to be there and the business can't run without you then you just own a job.   That will never allow you the time freedom that is necessary to create a lifestyle for yourself and your family that gives your life meaning and purpose.  They do not teach this in the school systems.  This is what most people learn after a lifetime of slave labor for a job that has no real reward for them in their golden years.  This is enough for today, keep track of

I miss sharing the things that I live and learn with you guys, but as I told you in 2015, the format is changing and so am I.  I said all of that to say my focus is turned more towards me.  I actually see some of those who I mentor making great strides, so I am over the moon with joy about that and I don't need credit, I know what I have given to the Universe and now it is time to be a little more selfish.  I love moving forward and I am proud of all of you who are taking action, step 5 in my book Y.O.L.O  and that is why I decided to move on to the next thing I've wanted to do forever, but kept making excuses about why I couldn't.  There are a million reasons, but like the famous line in Star Wars, Yoda, "Do or Do Not there is

We're enjoying the weather and extra family time that comes with summer vacation, but our main objective is wealth building for the generations to follow. This takes knowledge, skills and abilities.  We study from those who have the skills and knowledge we have yet to attain.  This takes discipline, focus, and stick-to-itiveness.  (This is a word look it up) So let's see where are you, right now. Today is the only time that you have that is certain.  Today you may be at your job,working your business, or in school.  It doesn't matter where you are, it only matters what you are willing to do with the right now time you have.  If things are looking similar to the same time last year you need to ask yourself why.  The one thing that is certain is that things are always changing.  If things are not changing that only me
