I have been pondering what to write about these last few months, I have started a couple of post but nothing worked.  I've had so many things to attend to one of the major ones being my son now entering his final year of high school and preparing for  4 year college which is very time consuming and detailed, he is also dual enrolled in the local Community College since last summer and all year, yes it is a lot.  Along with that planning my next business venture, etc.,  but here I am missing you and wanting to stay consistent in giving you helpful information. Today is so awesome. I am happy with a mentee who just hired his first contracted commissioned employee. As a small business entity you want to keep cost to a minimum so hiring an independent contracted employee his obligation is at a minimal and the amount of income his staff earns is based totally on self performance. Today is the ninth day of the fourth month of the year 2018. Spring is coming however the temperature would not let us believe that. The calendar and what we are experiencing is quite different, but it is on schedule and there is no need to worry. I am working on learning to multi-task every day to get as much done as possible, I'm finding that it is impossible and that I may need to clone myself. I now know how, many people are not successful, it takes stamina, fortitude, and persistence among other things.   Stamina is a noun: the ability to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort. Fortitude is noun:      1. Courage in pain or adversity. Persistence is a noun: firm or obstinate continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition. Each of these are things that means that they can be had and although you can not touch, stamina, fortitude or persistence you can exude them.  Exude means to (of a person) display (an

Good day. This year is becoming more interesting by the day. I thought about this post today as I worked on several business projects one after the next, all generating zero dollars currently, yet all consuming major time commitment to complete. Now I know that they all are money makers in time, but after a certain amount of invested time you do have to wonder are these hobbies or are these things that I'm doing able to create a seven figure income? One of the things that those who follow me know is that I like to plan, do and then review often, which is why I change directions quickly and many times.  Successful people and successful businesses make changes and adjustments as needed. People and businesses who don't are usually left behind or forgotten. We spoke of this on the last post with the technology and the companies that refused to change and grow and how they filed bankruptcy. If you go to any store even the mom and pop stores you will find they all have a machin

Good day all I wanted to greet the new month with a bit of new information. I have been studying law specifically constitutional law and trust law.  I have a few terms for you to look up to the left of this paragraph.  Make sure you look them up in a law dictionary. The 4th Edition of Henry Campbell Black's Law dictionary or Bouvier's Law dictionary. I also suggest that you use the online Etymology Dictionary to find the true meaning of words. The reason I suggest this is that if you are to build an estate or an inheritance from your business enterprise it is also wise that you over stand how to maintain it into generational perpetuity.
