Focus on February

Good evening.  The first month of this New Year has come and gone, how are you coming along with the goals and desires you have set for 2015?  This month is Black History Month and it is the shortest month of the year, so let's get focused quickly.

We have added the link to the new book, "Now What?"  For your convenience.  The link for the free book will be available by this weekend. There are technical challenges with the journal so we will be giving you an awesome Leadership Training Course designed from a few of the D.S. Woodard Consulting trainings.  We appreciate all of those who are a part of this community of learning to live our dreams.

Have you made time to review the goals that you had for last year?  How many have you accomplished?  If you review your list you will be surprised at how much you have done in one year.  You will also be surprised at how much more you could get done if you were to focus.
We have in the last few months been very focused on creating scripts.  As we looked back at the same time last year we see where we stopped and where we could have pushed through and completed certain things.  Are we saying that the task is easy? Yes.  It is easy to do and easy not to do.  Focus is the name of the game to get things completed and to move your life to the next level.

We know that staying focused is not an easy task.  This past three months with more time at the home office has been productive, but just beginning to get focused.  What will help you maintain the level of focus that is needed is to look at your results you have today.  Year end 2014 we had only hit thirty percent of our goals for the year.  This was good, but our objective is to be outstanding.  This has been the case for the last two years.  So how can we be more focused?

  •  Go back in time, look at your journal from the last two years, what goals or achievements have you met from that time period?  Put a check by them.  The ones that are left undone or half-done get added to 2015 goals list.
  •   Make up your mind on the things that are the most important to you.  Where are you in your life?  We just became a grand-mother, so the mental, and real factors that the amount of time we think we have and what we really have is clearer.  Get clarity.
  •  Take the five most important things that you want to achieve and create a sub-list of how you can get there.  This always means research.  Don’t settle for the easy way out, do the work.
  •  Take advantage of the free information that we offer here at dswoodard.com we have done the research and testing of the research.  What we share with you are the time saving steps and principals to assist you in your life.
  •  Decide on the price you are willing to pay for what you say you want for you and your families legacy and commit to do it now!
“When you live for a strong purpose then hard work isn’t an option, it’s a necessity.” Steve Pavlina    a great personal development trainer who started to live his dreams without the how, he just had a big"Why."

To your success,

Are You Ready for Christmas 2022 ?

Happy holidays!! As a business owner, or a high level manager or a beginner entrepreneur it is important to utilize the momentum of peoples good will and buying spirit during this last month of the year.  This has been a great year of learning for The D.S. Woodard company. Some of the things I studied are what I call the basics.  The basics of life, the basics of finance, the basics of business, the basics of wealth, etc.  I have been looking for a CFO for one of my new business ventures, the school, this is what led me to many of the materials I have been studying. One of the first things that I am going to share today is the Dave Ramsey school of thought.  His system is called " baby steps ."  He currently has a net-worth of $200,000,000.00  If you have children you should allow them to listen to this, if you have a spouse you should have them listen to this.  He teaches daily on his YouTube channel you can google it.  After you start on this activity then you will need t
