How to Press Through the Toughest Season

Welcome 2019 winter season. This image is what we must endure for the next part of our journey.  To be successful we can not have fear. We must learn some new things and use new strategies. We must start to keep track of where we are daily. This is a great task. I keep track of what happens in my life most days. The challenge is as you are living your life it's easy to get distracted.  I started 2019 on day one making note of daily financials incoming and outgoing, and goals and things that I had done or accomplished. It was only a few days in that I noticed that I missed a day here and then I missed a day there on keeping track. This month I'm promoting my   journal that has 366 quotes  and space for you to journal your thoughts and ideas. It will help. The link is alive, but you can get it at  DSWoodard365amazon . Focusing daily on what we are actually accomplishing and those things that are getting left undone will help us grow. Watch this video by Dr. Martin

Are You Ready for the Year-End Count Down?

Hello all, I am glad to write this post. I have had so much to do for the last several months.  When I have major goals I have to have tunnel vision  with what I allow to be a part of the daily routine of my life. That said I have accomplished a tremendous amount of goals and I am still preparing to move to the west coast this coming spring. Sorry I think I feel asleep while writing and the post was published incomplete. So back to the lesson this week, Tomorrow is the first day of the last month of this year, wow!! No worries, it's simply time to review what it is that you have accomplished to this point in time. Take out your note pad start writing your list of accomplishments include everything. Let's try to get to at least 10. Go back to December 31, 2017 review the goals you set for 2018 then go from there, you should have been checking things off, but it does get hectic as the year progresses, so view this for 10 minutes Now get ready

I will be posting on Instagram Live and Face Book Live and connecting it to this blog. This is the last day of this month and this was a very prosperous time. I trust that you all were able to takes steps that led you to a new level on your journey. As we conclude the beginning of the Autumn season which is the season of reaping what we have sown it is a great time to evaluate what you have created the last 90 days.  Take a look in the mirror and ask yourself the hard questions. 1. Am I doing all I can on a daily basis? 2. Do I really want the success that I say I want? 3. What am I willing to sacrifice to move forward? 4. What will I do today to make my great great grandchildren's life better? Brian Tracy is a great motivational speaker and leadership trainer.  I saw him live in D.C. a few years ago, I had his cassette tapes on Ti

Learn these 5 things before it's too Late

Hello everyone how are you this wonderful Saturday? September is moving at a steady pace, week one is done and fall is near. I wanted to share a great idea I found this weekend and I know that you will find it so useful. This is a journey, and as we move steadily along we will often live a repetitive and boring life. It is so easy to get caught up in what is expected of us and then we get to our final years usually after our 60th birthday and find that we have limited time and we have not created anything we wanted to do. We find ourselves now too tired and too stuck in our own ways to make any changes that would be considered ambitious. Ninety-five percent of people will get to their retirement age, file for the government social security and will then want to kill themselves, the (stipend) they give you after years of work does not keep up with the cost of living so it is on the low end a couple of hundred a month up to just under $2,000.  You can call or visit the Social Secu
