Never Give Up, year end...

Happy Holidays, and welcome to D.S. Woodard's new blog.  I am so excited to end the year and begin my new format. I will start posting podcast and video blog training. As promised for some time I have begun the High Achievers Academy Training modules and I am so excited. This new format will allow me to interact with all of you in a more personal way. I have the Periscope set up on my twitter @1maiose, the first one was very successful. So with all of that being said I will post this week to the periscope and then to the new website due to launch this month before December 31st.  I'm not perfect, but this journey of well-being and giving to the universe continues to evolve.  DS Woodard once was we and now is me, Denise or D.W., it is a necessary change, and we, you and I will enjoy the journey I hope.  So here we are it's December and this month is moving quickly.  I love the holidays, yet I also have so many unfulfilled desires, goals, and a few needs that seem

Time for Thanksgiving or Thanks for Giving!

Good evening, it is that wonderful holiday time of year. We talk about it, we fear it, we love it, we embrace it, but we can never stop it from coming.  We can however be thankful.  Can you say that you are giving?   If this was your last day on earth, what would your legacy be?  What would you be remembered for?  What tangible thing would you leave? What piece of wisdom would someone glean from your time spent on the planet? Just some things to think about as we get closer to our season of giving and receiving.  We love to receive gifts of love and happiness, we also love to receive gifts of the tangible type.  We are however huge on giving.  We have always been givers and just tend to have a generous heart.  That is the major reason DSWoodard.com is so prosperous and blessed.  Most of the gifts we receive are intangible, which are the best kind. If you are a business owner or a sales person or an ordinary worker in a job how can you show thanks to those who are giving

Fall is Here, are you reaping what you have sown?

Hello everyone, this is our only post for the month. We are super busy and things are interesting. We wanted to give a word of empowerment. This is where we are at this point in our lives.  It is fall and we have arrived in the season of reaping that which has been sown by us.  Life is a continuous process so make the necessary adjustments along the way.  We wanted to write this post after reading from Y.O.L.O , and realizing that as we wrote about the late great Jim Rohn , we now will have the same title for the late great Dr. Wayne Dyer who transitioned this year August 2015.  It was just two years ago when we included him in our book, and he and Jim Rohn are such a major part of what we study and the things that we teach and live.  Now he no longer exist in the physical and the beat of life goes on.  So, what have you sown this year?   We are so focused on two things, really, really, really focused. So focused that things that are not progressing either of those dr

Failure is Not a Four Letter Word, Embrace it, Here's Why

Good morning, we listen to daily podcast from many leaders in different aspects of life.  Yesterday we heard a message of encouragement from a Real Estate Investor, J. Massey of Cash Flow Diary new to us, but his message was right on point. He spoke about failure. What we have been taught is to never fail or that if we fail it is a bad thing. This is why many are never successful or happy in their lives, they see the multiple failures as a curse or a road block.  What is important is to first, try something, second try it again, third understand that there is no perfection , and those who fake perfection are lying to themselves.  Here is a list of some people who are very successful and how they failed: 1. Oprah Winfrey was fired from her television job because she was too emotionally involved with her audience. 2. Dick Cheney flunked out of Yale University, not once, but twice. 3. Fred Astaire in his first screen test at MGM was rated by a director, "can't sing, c
